- Your reporting accountant coming to our office for a two-day hothouse workshop where we put all our resources at the disposal of the project
- we utilise our decision based formats along with your better practice features in an your current reports.
- the reports are designed along the lines of ”decision based reporting”
- we populate formats using last month’s actuals and dummy historical data (these are completed later by company staff)
- there are two conference calls with the CFO
- we brainstorm a first cut of your critical success factors and develop some likely “winning KPIs” that could be used to support a transition to more balanced reporting* we provide an integrated Excel workbook which can generate all required monthly reports.
